Gained 50lbs and on Diet Pills

So I havent been on here in a while, years in fact, and now I am 240lbs at 5′7 and i want to be 160lbs…I need to lose 80lbs, so I went to the doctor and he gave me a diet pill. I just started it today, I woke up feeling sluggish and now I am more alert, and I did 2.5miles on the treadmill and help my dad pick up brush from a tree thats down. I still have energy and I havent ate since noon (leancruisine pizza for breakfast, cuz I got up at noon). Now its 6pm and Im having the lasagna from lean cruisine, and going for another walk tonight.  I am not even hungry, its a hunger suppressant, so you got to remember to eat. I need some motivation, if anyone else has taken diet pills (prescription ones) let me know your stories!!

I weigh more than what I started buddy slim 2 years ago!!!!

What happen to me, I did look at my history and it seems like summer time Im good, and in winter im horrible. Im really gonna try again but im really going to need the motivation since this isnt working for me. Either Im gonna get fatter or someone really needs to knock the sense in me and get me going! im sooo disgusted! I think I should go aneroxic for a week or two

Alli? or no Alli?

so i had a boyfriend for the past 2 months and boy did he stress me out, but i am still down to around 194lbs…im thinking about starting to take the Alli pill to help me since Ive been going to the ymca almost everyday, today i did the kickboxing and it kicked my butt!  But i heard this pill works, does anyone have any comment? I have slowed down on the eatting.

IM IN THE 190s!!!!

I havent been in the 190s in 2yrs!!!! this is the lowest ive been in a long time! I had gallbladder surgery and I think that helped!! I have been takin it easy but pushing myself at the Ymca on the treadmill. I cant do anything strenuous so i just walk at like 3.0mph and just go with the flow lol. I walked almost 2 and half miles on the treadmill last time. Im goin to keep it up this is big from being to 220 to 194 (according to doc office scale).

Almost to 199lbs!!!

Ok I havent seen 199 in a long time. Today was my first activity in a long time, playing Tennis and walking more than a mile around the park. Then went to Subway and got a good sandwhich, and went to grocery store to get Sobe life water (i got pear apple and pom. cherry and something else than Im gonna try to see if I like) and Powerade Zero so good, but I weighed myself after my period and in the mornings and Im 203lbs! I totally want to get down to 190s and work out more and eat healthy!

lost a few but not enough

I am down to 205 on the scale, i am excited because that beats being 215 earlier this year. Only 5lb left and ill be down in the hundreds again. I cant wait to see 190 on the scale because ill be half way there! If there is anyone in the area i live in that wants to workout that would be great! I need some extra motivation!

not working

its summer and i feel fatter bloated and well everything else, I dont like the feeling of my fat pouch. I started to ride my bike a little bit over the week, but I am still the same weight and around here its hard to have a workout buddy. I thought about joining the Y but the machines are not that great for $20 a month. all they have is 1 elliptical that doesnt really do the job and treadmills. I started eating lean cruisine for dinner when i dont have anything else healthier to eat. What should I do?

its been a while

so I have to say i havent seen the gym in a week…over a week now maybe. I dont feel as much motivated because i have no work out buddy physcially that will work out all the time. With finals and everything, the teachers are giving me more homework. The barn is getting busier and theres lots of stuff to be done within the next 24 days. Thats right only 24 more days to go. I havent weighed in this month and i am kinda nervous to weigh in because i havent been working out. At the health fair i weighed 212lbs which is horrible. I need to weigh atleast 200 by the time i leave.

spring break

shockingly i am keeping 210 i thought i would gain all my weight back since i have been not eatting right since i came home, but im starting too eat okay right now..  I cant wait to lose 20 more pounds im sooo excited!

not trying to overdo it

well anyways i have been doing upperbody work outs as well and working core ab muscles! I really wanna lose the love handle and the pouch, thats the only things i really need to work on. Thats what i want all to melt away. So what can I do that will make those 2 things slim down? I have been going to the gym sunday and monday and I plan on going again today, last night was an easy day because I didnt want to over do it. So what should i do to get rid of love handles and the stomach pouch? Thanks
